Cancellation Policy

At EPS, we value both your time and ours. Our cancellation policy supports and respects the time commitment of our clients and exercise physiologists. By accepting an appointment time, you are agreeing to the policies outlined below. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment.

1. For all clients who give more than 24 hours notice that you will be unable to make an appointment there will be no charge to either cancel or reschedule.

2. Any cancellation made the day of your appointment will incur a $90 late cancellation fee or have to pay for the cost of the appointment (whichever is the lower dollar amount).

3. Late arrivals will not receive an extension on their scheduled appointment and you will be only seen for the remaining allocated time for your appointment.

4. Policy applies to all clients, including private, worker's compensation and Medicare. NOTE: if your treatment is being covered by insurance, YOU will be eligible for the cancellation fee as insurance will not cover it.
